·  Per person rates (in Rs.) - applicable on 2 persons staying together sharing the same room until specified.

·  Service Tax extra (as applicable is Included)

·  Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)

·  The package does not include guide services. These can be availed at an additional cost

·  Meal plan: EP - Accommodation only, CP - Accommodation with breakfast, MAP - Accommodation with breakfast, lunch or dinner, AP - Accommodation with breakfast, lunch and dinner

·  The package cannot be combined with any other offer

·  Check inn and Check out time depends on the concerned Hotel policy.

. In any case if the vehicle on the rent damaged caused during the rental period will be bond by the customer.

·  In Case of Rooms booked on CP/MAP/AP Basis food will be provided as per the Kitchen operational timings and menu of concerned Hotel

·  A/C Will be switched of in Hilly Areas.

·  In case of any irradiated activities in Jammu & Kashmir. Troopindia is not responsible for any loss and there is no refund in that case.

·  In case of transporters strike cab will not go anywhere. Troopindia is not responsible for any loss and there is no refund in that case.

·  In any case of heavy snow fall or any interrelated activities roads closed then there is no refund and cab will not go anywhere and  Troopindia is not responsible for any loss 

·  Refund on cancellation depends upon concerned hotel's cancellation policy and Troopindia’s Cancellation policy

·  Cost related to Inner Line Permits for Leh Ladakh is not included in the package.

·  The above package is not valid during national holidays, festivals, long weekends and New Year

·   Troopindia is not responsible for any personal loss, any damage to passengers traveling, any mishappning any road accident during the tour.

·   Troopindia is not responsible for any vehicle damage in terms of mechanical fault, any electrical fault or Tyre bust or any other problem in vehicle during the tour ( In this case no refund will be given)

·  Entry fee to any park/Museum/ Amusement park/ Zoo/  theater/Club/ Temple and charges for any activities is not included /Charges Related to horse Ride/Camel Ride/Yak Ride/ Paragliding/ River Rafting/Rope way etc Games is not included.

·  Clearance of full package payment is mandatory 15 days before departure of tour, if full package payments not done in the given time frame and as per the installment schedule given to you, your booking will stand cancelled & Troopindia is not liable to refund the advance booking amount paid by you to confirm the package.

- In case the cancellation of the package is made by Troopindia and company due to non clearance of payment by you, an amount equal to the cancellation charge will have to be paid by you as per the cancellation policy.

·  All the meals mentioned in itinerary would be provided in specified hotel only where you are going to stay during the tour.

·  Travel/Medical insurance not included

·  Fees / Charges related to any tourist Permit is not included.

·  Personal medical kit is not included

·  Expenses for personal nature is not included

·  Emergency evacuation cost is not included

·  Permit related to Rohtang Pass is not included

·  Anything not mentioned under Inclusions  in your itinerary is exclusion
