·  Cost related to Inner Line Permits for Leh Ladakh is not included in the package.

·  The above package is not valid during national holidays, festivals, long weekends and New Year

·   Troopindia is not responsible for any personal loss, any damage to passengers traveling, any mishappning any road accident during the tour.

·   Troopindia is not responsible for any vehicle damage in terms of mechanical fault, any electrical fault or Tyre bust or any other problem in vehicle during the tour ( In this case no refund will be given)

·  Entry fee to any park/Museum/ Amusement park/ Zoo/  theater/Club/ Temple and charges for any activities is not included /Charges Related to horse Ride/Camel Ride/Yak Ride/ Paragliding/ River Rafting/Rope way etc Games is not included.

·  Clearance of full package payment is mandatory 15 days before departure of tour, if full package payments not done in the given time frame and as per the installment schedule given to you, your booking will stand cancelled & Troopindia is not liable to refund the advance booking amount paid by you to confirm the package.

- In case the cancellation of the package is made by Troopindia and company due to non clearance of payment by you, an amount equal to the cancellation charge will have to be paid by you as per the cancellation policy.
